So I went back and did it and this is what I found...

District 17 2-3
District 18 2-3
District 19 3-3
District 20 3-3
District 21 1-3
District 22 3-3
District 23 6-3
District 24 2-3

Districts 19, 22 and 23 were the only ones to have every team in the 2nd round, but of those only 23 put a team in the regional tournament and that was eventual state qualifier San Augustine.

25 1A, 16 3A, 17 2A.......17 2A being the toughest just because any four teams could win this district! Let's go Necks put in work
