This is arguably one of the biggest games in the state.  It will probably be standing room only at Cayuga where they play well at home, winning 52 straight district games.  If I set the line at Cayuga -12, which side are you taking?

Yuga at home is 10 points better than a lot if teams. Including Kerens. On the other hand, i wouldn't be shocked to see Kerens to win by 10 when the series shifts locations in the second part of district.

I have seen Cayuga...haven't seen Kerens.  If others besides Deon and Preston are contributing, anybody is in for a long night.  I think at home, in a big game Cayuga takes it.  But I am very interested in this game.  Can Kerens be a legitimate threat in Region 3?

They were in Austin last year with a young team. The region wasnt strong, but they had the talent to make it. They know how to win when it counts, so I think they are quietly a very dangerous team.

Wildcats by 10+....Kerens relies too much on one player to beat a team like Cayuga

I tend to agree with that.  That's why this game interests me so much.  Not so much what is Cayuga going to do, I think we all know that.  But what is Kerens going to do

Tobias from Kerens is an excellent player and will score. Yuga has more scorers this year. The Rigdon brothers can both score especially Chandler. Preston and Deon will do what they normally do and the supporting cast will stepup including Keyshawn, Patrick, Holley and Deonte. Yuga wins.

Cayuga wins 65-58. Lead by 17 at the half and end of 3 rd. Shofner picks up 4 th foul in 3 rd and sits most of 4th and Kerens makes a run.
